Price IsCustomPrice Search Criterion

The `IsCustomPrice` Search Criterion searches for prices that are custom prices.

## Arguments

This Criterion takes no arguments.

## Limitations

The `IsCustomPrice` Criterion isn't available in Solr or Elasticsearch engines.
